We are excited to announce the return of Fête du Chocolat, a celebration of chocolate and history at Fortress of Louisbourg National Historic Site!
This unique event aims to honor the historic connection between chocolate and 18th century Louisbourg, while also showcasing the finest local chocolate creations of today. On September 21st,, Acadian chocolate makers Gabrielle Breault from La Petite Patrie and Dominique Chartrand from Chocolat Voyageur will be our feature chocolate experts, joined by Jessica LeBlanc who specializes in Acadian Culture and Wild Foods.
