Want to learn about making chocolate?

Join us on Saturday, October 21, 2023 at Café ForêStation in Rogersville for a chocolate tasting workshop.

During this 1.5 hour workshop, Dominique Chartrand from Chocolat voyageur will guide us through the process of preparing vegetables or fruits for use with chocolate. Dominique will give us two examples of the difference when working with ganaches and a chocolate bar!

We will taste the chocolate before and after including the vegetables and fruits and talk about the results.

Cost: $15 / person
